The U.S. Department of Labor has filed a lawsuit against Google in order to obtain the company's compensation data for a compliance
evaluation. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) tried to access data about the company's equal opportunity program in September 2015, but Google failed to deliver on
many occasions. Google is required to undergo compliance reviews since it is a federal contractor.
