Baldwin& is expanding its creative department with two art directors and two copywriters in order to manage its growing client base.
Nate Hinners is departing Possible Worldwide, Seattle to
join as senior art director, working across accounts including Cree, Krispy Kreme, and Seventh Generation. He reports to agency co-founder and executive creative director Bob Ranew and replaces Jimmie
Blount who left to join Austin-based Preacher.
Kory Brocious is named to the newly-created art director role and reports to Ranew. He has worked with accounts such as Reebok, Shell,
Lamborghini, and Zaxby’s and was part of an award-winning team - One Show Silver Pencil - for the "Gender Inequality in the Military" campaign on behalf of nonprofit organization Protect our
Defenders in 2016.
Michael Barbano is added to a newly created copywriter position, hailing from 22squared in Atlanta, where he was also a copywriter. His other experience includes stints at
Barker and Iris Worldwide. Reporting to David Baldwin, Barbano will work on the Krispy Kreme, Cree and Ponysaurus Brewing accounts.

Lastly, Emily Bress also joins as a newly created copywriter
having worked on accounts including Navy Federal Credit Union, Carrabba’s, Med Express, Quickrete, and Checkers & Rally’s. She reports to Baldwin.
All executives will be based
at the 35-staffed agency's Raleigh, NC office.
