WPP's Kantar Hires Marketing Vet Julie Kollman As Chief Research Officer

WPP research operation Kantar has appointed Julie Kollman chief research officer. She succeeds Efrain Ribeiro, who has left the company.

Kollman was most recently global head of insights at brewing giant SABMiller, where she oversaw a team of 140 and led company’s insights, research and analytics efforts.

At Kantar Kollman will work internally and with the company’s global clients on a variety of research, methodology, innovation and best practices issues.  She will also represent Kantar at key industry bodies and forums.

Prior to SABMiller, Kollman held various global and regional insights roles with large international companies including Mondelez, Allied-Domecq, PepsiCo and Nabisco. 

Kollman will be based in London and report to president Wayne Levings who said that Kollman has for many years been “an excellent and challenging client, committed to both innovation and quality.”
