Coherent Path on Tuesday announced the general availability of its Content Library, a new email marketing optimization tool that repurposes old email content for new campaigns.
Coherent Path’s Content Library aims to maximize marketing productivity and increase the return on investment of future campaigns by extending the lifespan of existing email assets. Coherent Path powers a machine-learning solution that analyzes the entire content history of a retailer’s email marketing program, including any accompanying transactional data, to identify under-exposed products and services to keep marketing content fresh.
The company suggests email content to send to each individual subscriber, aiming to create more relevant, personalized and engaging email experiences. Additional product features include send-time optimization so that emails land in the inbox at a favorable time and day for the end-user.
“Not only does this enable retailers to go much deeper and broader into the catalog, but it also empowers them to create emails informed by data in advance and store them for future campaigns,” states James Glover, founder and CEO of Coherent Path
Launched at eTail West, the annual retail conference in Palm Springs, CA, Content Library is now available as a part of Coherent Path’s email marketing platform.
Based in Boston, Coherent Path describes itself as an email marketing calendar company. Coherent Path utilizes machine-learning algorithms to help retail brands make data-driven recommendations for future marketing campaigns. The company suggests relevant themes, categories and products, and currently counts Neiman Marcus and Staples among its customers.
