After a six-week review, Food Lion, Salisbury, N.C., selected Boone/Oakley, Charlotte as the first agency of record for its new division, Bloom. An undisclosed budget will go to non-traditional
grocery media including Internet, outdoor and guerrilla marketing, along with traditional newpaper and local magazine and radio components. The review was handled by Hasan & Co., Raleigh, N.C.
