REVOLVING DOOR: VML Hires 1, Promotes 4

VML hired Perry Puccetti as executive director, technology. He will focus on bringing in new technologies, capabilities and cost efficiencies. Puccetti reports to Jeff Geheb, chief technology officer of VML.

Most recently, Puccetti served as president and CEO of a Kansas City technology consultancy, where he worked with clients across government and commercial sectors including ConocoPhillips, Cessna, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Science Applications International Corporation, Honeywell FM&T and Lockheed Martin.

The agency also promoted four employees, beginning with Martin Coady, who was elevated to executive director, marketing technology, tasked with growing VML's marketing technology practice. As part of this new role, Coady will lead marketing technology partnerships, drive technical analyst relations and help create VML packaged solutions. He previously served as managing technical director in New York, where he worked with clients including Ford, Bristol-Myers Squibb and FedEx.

Kylie Schleicher was promoted to managing director, technology. During her time at VML, she has worked across a number of industries, with clients including Sprint, Mastercard, Ford and U.S. Soccer.

Craig Elimeliah was upped to managing director, creative technology. His promotion comes a year after joining VML in the newly -reated role as director of creative technology. Elimeliah will continue to work across VML clients and reports to Geheb.

Lastly, Tiesha Miller was elevated to group director, technology. In 2015, Miller helped start the VML Chicago office as director, digital strategy. In her new role, she will run the technology offering in Chicago. Miller has a diverse background of experience, including leading the technical implementations for brands such as Gatorade and serving as the product owner/ strategic lead for Kimberly-Clark.
