Publicis.Sapient's DigitasLBi is launching
a CRM hub that will
serve to offer services to help brands build relationships between themselves and their customers. To get the practice up and running, the agency is working with customer engagement agency Kitcatt
Nohr and marketing agency Chemistry.
Launching this month with 85 staff members, the practice will help build out other platform, content and media offerings. The practice will offer
customer-centric expertise along with proprietary research tools designed to improve a marketer's ability to create, develop and implement their own CRM strategies.
The CRM offering
will be headed by Hattie Whiting, who is currently the managing director at Kitcatt Nohr. DgitasLBi CEO Michael Islip will
oversee the operation and Emma Rush, managing director at Chemistry,
will become managing director of data services and transformation.
Of the launch, Islip said, “By bringing together the creative, strategic and technology talents of Kitcatt Nohr
and Chemistry, we’re
setting up a CRM team that’s fighting fit for the future and with the scale to service the many brilliant brands that we work with. The team
are already
putting this into practice for brands like HSBC and the AA.”
