Sizmek, a people-based creative optimization and data activation platform, announced on Monday the appointment of Volker Hatz as its first chief data officer.
Hatz will lead Sizmek’s data operations, analytics strategy and innovation in the data space.
Hatz comes to Sizmek after 20 years of experience in IT and advertising technology. He held the position of global head for SAP Exchange Media’s SAP XM DMP Solution prior to joining Sizmek.
