Angela Kyle Joins gyro As U.S. New Business Head

B2B powerhouse gyro has tapped media and marketing veteran Angela Kyle for the new role of Head of New Business Development for the U.S.

Kyle will lead new business efforts, and cross-network collaboration for the Dentsu Aegis-owned agency, as well as partnerships for gyro in the U.S. She reports to gyro Global President Stuart Giddings.

The 20-year industry veteran joins gyro from Omnicom brand consultancy Wolff Olins, where she is credited with generating substantial growth for the outfit over the past four years as its Head of New Business. While there, she brought in accounts from 3M, Viacom, ZocDoc and others.

Earlier, she led business development for blue-chip media companies, including Turner Broadcasting, IMG Media and Live Planet. Before that, she was a senior strategist at Story Worldwide.

Christoph Becker, global CEO/COO, state Kyle is “a proven new business magnet uniquely suited to help drive our goal of becoming the most influential global creative B2B powerhouse on the planet.”

Outside of the marketing and advertising world, Kyle founded and continues to support PlayBuild, a start-up education venture focused on transforming urban spaces into outdoor-design classrooms for kids.
