Cartika Supports Two Email Account Types On One Platform

Cartika, a Canadian marketing technology vendor, has launched Email-as-a-Service (EmaaS), a cloud email platform that allows companies to manage Microsoft Exchange and POP/IMAP accounts on a single domain.

Users can choose email account types and deploy them on a single platform, the company said. It removes the “all or nothing at all” scenario.  

Previously, Cartika’s hosted email services included choices for Exchange and POP/IMAP users, but they were sold separately, the firm added.

EmaaS comes with antivirus and antispam features, inbound and outbound email filtering a backup system and live support. Cartika is targeting companies with business-class email systems.

Based in Toronto, Cartika specializes in application hosting and clustering technologies.
