A lawyer acting for Peter Settelen, Princess Diana's former vocal coach, has said that he has broken no rules in allowing interview tapes featuring the late royal talking about her unhappy married
life being sold to Channel 4 for broadcast on Sunday night.
The Guardian reveals that, despite opposition to the programme, Settelen's lawyer argues he was not bound by an oath of privacy.
