Email marketing software company Emma will grant 25 nonprofit organizations a free Emma Pro account for a lifetime.
The “Emma 25” is an annual initiative by the Nashville-based company to reward small nonprofits with email aid. As a not-for-profit organization, charities are often strapped, and lacking the financial resources necessary to facilitate modern email marketing campaigns.
This is Emma’s fourteenth year soliciting applications for the program, which when awarded enables organizations to distribute email campaigns to up to 5,000 contacts per month. In addition, Emma 25 honorees will receive the same Emma onboarding services that paid professional accounts receive along with access to Emma support and account help.
Each applicant must be a recognized 501 (c)(3) nonprofit with ten or fewer full-time employees, but do not need to be a current Emma customer. Applications and nominations are due by Friday, December 15, withwinners announced on January 8.
Emma has supported more than 400 nonprofits over the past 14 years, according to the company, delivering more than 55 million emails. Winners from 2016 included organizations focused on the issues of domestic violence, human trafficking, mental health, education, and animal care.
