Constant Contact has added several new features, including an enhanced editor and automated segmentation, to its email marketing platform, which are designed to help small businesses and nonprofits to create custom email marketing campaigns, the company says
The editor comes with several “Action Blocks,” pre-designed drag-and-drop content sections that encourage recipients to click through and take specific actions that include:
RSVP Action Blocks — Businesses and nonprofits deploy these to drive single-click responses.
Poll Action Blocks — Users can use this capability to drag-and-drop a poll into any email.
Donation Action Blocks — This function allows nonprofits to request donations. Recipients are directed to a mobile-responsive landing page.
In addition, Constant Contact now enables users to segment contacts based on content engagement determined by trackable links, and it is facilitating dynamic sign-ups and a monthly calendar.
