Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (MXM) has named former Rapp and BBDO exec Rick Doerr executive group director.

Doerr most recents was managing director of Rapp New York and previously was president & Chief Client Officer at Austin-based T3, and a 12-year vet of BBDO.

Based in New York, Doerr will report to MXM Chief Client Officer Tom Sebok.
