Google Review extensions will stop serving up in AdWords this month and will be deleted in accounts next month, February. The idea behind the feature was to allow businesses to let other
customers know how a respected third-party source thinks about the company's work. Google provides instructions on how to save the data and
suggests using sitelinks, callouts
and structured snippets for those businesses wanting to show more information with ads.
