TM Advertising has created a new organizational structure to help address its clients' challenges in an ever-changing media environment. Named the Integrated Communications Group, it will be headed by JAMES HERING, director of integrated marketing, a new position. Also taking new roles in the Integrated Communications Group are FRANNY KARKOSAK as director of media integration and SHERYL STANDIFER as media director.
