In order to support the recent move of the Cartoon Network's branded merchandising business to Cartoon Network Enterprises from Warner Bros. Consumer Products, some operational changes have been made. KIM MCQUILKEN will add oversight of all Cartoon Network Enterprises licensing and merchandising activity to his current responsibilities in the new position of executive vice president of kids advertising sales and marketing and Cartoon Network Enterprises. In addition to his new responsibilities with Cartoon Network Enterprises, McQuilken will continue to oversee Cartoon Network's promotions marketing and kids ad sales. JOHN FRIEND, senior vice president of Cartoon Network Enterprises, will have direct responsibility for Cartoon Network's consumer products licensing business in the United States as well as internationally.
