Amid a competitive online real estate market with rivals like Zillow and Realtor.com, Redfin is teaming with Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners (BSSP) to illustrate how the company brings a "modern approach" to buying a home.
Prior to this latest ad, Redfin ran a series of testimonials featuring real Redfin customers and their stories.
This new creative follows the journey of one young couple in search of a new home and promotes how users receive home listing alerts
faster than other buyers.
“Our challenge was to show how the magic of Redfin technology combined with the personal service of a Redfin agent," stated Lindsay Grant, group business director, BSSP. “The concept of being transported from home to home just by opening a door gave us the visual framework to do that, while building the connection between the customers and the agent along the way.”
The TV spot first debuted in Boston during the Super Bowl on February 4, and will expand to select U.S. markets over the next several months.
This is the second TV spot BSSP has partnered with Redfin on. The first, “The World Has Changed,” aired in 2014.
