Swisscom Suffered Data Breach in 2017: Data On 800,000 Customers Exposed

Swisscom, a Switzerland-based firm, reported that its customer data systems were breached in late 2017, exposing information on around 800,000 customers. While the data included addresses, dates of birth and telephone numbers, there is no evidence that financial information was compromised, the firm says.
