Interpublic’s FCB is launching two new units including a healthcare-related branding operation and consulting service alingned with a Canadian agency.
FCB Health is creating BX: Brand
Experience Design Group, a full-service branding agency to specialize in health and wellness design planning, brand architecture, verbal and visual identity development, packaging and name
creation.
The creation of this unit follows the formation of a strategic partnership with healthcare branding agency Brandsymbol that enhances BX’s capabilities, specifically around
trademarking and regulatory submission.
Now, BX - led by Fernando Fernandez - will include executives with experience in FDA regulatory affairs, pharmacology, social and cultural
anthropology and design management.
Separately FCB is launching FCB/SIX Consulting which is aligned with Canadian creative shop FCB/Six.
This new consulting division will
focus on three service areas: technology solutions, data solutions and marketing automation.
The consulting unit is headquartered in Toronto. The team will be comprised of existing staff with
a few new hires to be announced in the coming weeks. Jacob Ciesielski, senior vice president, data and technology, will oversee this new division, while also continuing his executive leadership
role under the creative shop's president Andrea Cook, who is charge of both operatons.
