Bohan Absorbs Parthenon Publishing's Content Shop

Bohan is expanding its full-service advertising services by making an asset acquisition of Parthenon Publishing’s content creation services arm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the deal, the content studio will now reside under the Bohan brand with the team's five staffers joining the Bohan parent agency.

Parthenon president Bobby Stark will assume the role of senior vice president of content and business development at Bohan and report directly to Bohan chief executive officer Shari Day.

This deal came at an opportune time for both shops. Bohan wanted to expand its content creation department, and the talent and clients that Parthenon brought to the table aligned well with this goal. Parthenon in turn will benefit from the added resources under one of the largest advertising agencies in Nashville.

Both shops recognize the ever-increasing value that "content creation contributes to effective and successful brand building," says Day. “Bohan and Parthenon’s shared commitment to this belief led us in this direction, and our clients, existing and future, will reap the benefits.”
