It's official -- there is a bidding war for Sky.
The Times, owned by Rupert Murdoch's News UK, reports that Sky has dropped its recommendation of Murdoch's GBP18.5bn offer for the company,
now that Comcast has a formal all-cash offer of GBP22bn on the table.
