As part of a tie-in deal with
Lucasfilm’s upcoming “Solo: A Star Wars Story,” Denny’s has launched a sweepstakes themed on dice used in the movie by the Hans Solo protagonist.
Now
through June 26, consumers 18 and older can go to Denny’s’ site to use a mouse or
trackpad to make a virtual dice roll on a virtual gaming table resembling the one in the movie. If the roll results in two symbols that match, the user enters his/her email to learn which instant
prize has been won.
Prizes include vouchers for Denny’s menu items and Fandango movie codes. The game was created by the team at EP + Co.
“Smuggler’s Dice” sweeps players are also entered for the chance to win the grand prize: one of two official posters for the movie, signed by two of its stars, Alden Ehrenreich (“Han Solo”) and Donald Glover (“Lando Calrissian”).

Denny’s is also featuring limited-time menu items tied to the movie, and selling exclusive movie-themed trading card packs (with net proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry) and collectors’ beverage cups.
