The video advertising platform Pixability has reworked its executive ranks, promoting Nancy Lazaros to COO, and naming Todd Taplin CRO.

Lazaros, who had been CFO for the firm for the past two years, was previously CFO of Extreme Reach.

Taplin previously served as CRO of the digital ad creative management platform Celtra, and before that was a VP at Adobe and Yahoo.

The company also named Grant Stratemeyer as vice president of business development, and Anthony Mazzarella as vice president of strategic accounts.
