American law firm Pomerantz claims to be investigating whether any directors at WPP have engaged in "securities fraud or other unlawful business practices.”
The Times could not
reach the firm to clarify, but points out that following press reports surrounding the departure of Sir Martin Sorrell the law company is encouraging investors to get in contact.
