The Times is suggesting that although Sorrell may have won the battle for MediaMonks, there is a chance that WPP could attempt to have the last laugh by withholding a bonus of up to GBP20m.
The paper quotes "insiders" suggesting Sir Martin may well have lost his "good leaver" status and might have to "go legal" to chase his bonus.
