Interpublic Group’s Hill Holliday has named Scott Feyler CFO and COO, and Julianna Akuamoah senior vice president of diversity and talent management. 

According to the Boston-based agency, the moves follow a string of new business wins in the telecom, retail and healthcare industries, including Frontier Communications Corp.

“As we continue to onboard new clients in a variety of industries, these are two critical areas for our agency’s future,” stated Karen Kaplan, Chairman and CEO of Hill Holliday Kaplan. “Making new investments in how we run and grow the agency, and recruiting the talent needed to do so are part of keeping us agile and competitive.” 

Feyler most recently served as managing partner, CFO and global director of operations at crosstown rival Arnold Worldwide, part of Havas Group. He spent over two decades there working with clients such as Hershey’s, Progressive Insurance and Jack Daniel’s. 

Most recently, Akuamoah was senior vice president, talent-operations at Allen & Gerritsen (also based in Boston) where she led talent initiatives, recruiting and resource management. She was also a recruiter and talent manager with Match Creative in Los Angeles. She will support both Hill Holliday and the agency’s media arm Trilia and will oversee all diversity and inclusion initiatives.
