Two years after diversifying to become more equally balanced between B2C and B2B clients, full-service agency Idea Hall is adding two industry executives to its growing team.  

Bill Kauker joins as creative group director/chief creative strategist responsible for all clients, including Irvine Company, Swinerton, and Visit Anaheim. He previously worked at SK+G Advertising, Dailey & Associates and Ogilvy & Mather.

Erin Warady is named group director, consumer PR to oversee the Costa Mesa, CA-based agency's communications, which includes the creation and execution of media and influencer strategies as well as creative campaigns for the agency’s consumer clients. She spent the past 18+ years at Citizen Relations.
