Russia is the latest stop on Publicis Groupe's on-going implementation of its country model.
The Groupe’s Russia operation is one of the largest communications firms in Russia
with close to 1,000 employees working for agencies that include Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith, Spark Foundry, and Performics, among others.
Sergey Beloglazov, currently
chief executive officer of Publicis Media Russia, has been elevated to chairman of the management board of Publicis Groupe Russia to handle strategic direction and key relationships with clients,
suppliers and within Publicis Groupe.
Vladimir Tkachev, currently CEO of Publicis Communications Russia, will serve as CEO, Publicis Groupe Russia to oversee the country’s P&L and
management of all operations and teams. He is also tasked with implementing “Power of One” synergies across the Russian operation.
Both executves, in newly-created roles,
will report to Jarek Ziebinski, CEO, Publicis Groupe Northern & Central Europe.

The Publicis Groupe Russia management board will also include Elena Vishtak, currently chief financial
officer, Publicis Media Russia, as CFO; Jeff Chalmers, currently chief operating officer, Publicis Media Russia, as CMO; Tatiana Maslova, currently chief operating officer, Publicis Communications
Russia, as COO; Natalia Isakovskaya, chief talent officer, Publicis Media Russia as chief talent officer; Elena Klimenko, currently chief innovation officer, Publicis Media Russia, as Chief
transformation & innovation officer and Alexandra Gorbonos, currently chief trading officer, Publicis Media Russia as chief trading officer.
These appointments follow the rollout of
similar operating structures in North America, the UK, France, DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), Northern & Central Europe, Southern Europe, Asia Pacific & Middle East/Africa, and Latin
America.
