Work It: Sneaky Studio Keeps Pilates 'Strong'

The “Strong” Pilates campaign centers on a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout. It stresses strength training, cardio and Pilates.

The catch is to achieve that goal with one membership, rather than joining multiple fitness gyms. The work has rolled out across social and digital, along with a dedicated landing page.

The short-form video content runs on Meta channels (Instagram and Facebook), which is estimated to reach a global network of more than 130 studios across 14 countries. The campaign is further supported by targeted Meta ads, eDM campaigns and a full-length feature video on YouTube.

Sneaky Studio handled creative. The new iteration of the “More Than Pilates” campaign positions Strong as a total fitness solution in one 45-minute workout.

James Cunningham, creative director at Sneaky Studio, said: “Our approach was to amplify Strong’s edgy persona, resulting in content that feels elevated, slightly rebellious and unmistakably strong.”

The campaign also partnered with content creators to highlight the brand's workouts and share personal perspectives.

Michael Ramsey, co-founder of STRONG Pilates, added: “Our brand is built to be disruptive, to showcase our clear point of difference, and to stay true to our bold ethos in a fitness industry that is continually evolving. We don’t fit the traditional fitness mold, and we own that.”

Sneaky Studio’s roster includes Lonsdale, 2XU and Maeve.
