
RockYou Media, the media
company that relaunched LittleThings, has acquired Mom.me from Whalerock Industries.
Mom.me is a digital brand that targets millennial moms.
It is the latest in a ro
und of acquisitions this summer by RockYou Media, which now owns CafeMom, MamásLatinas, Revelist and BabyNameWizard, in addition to LittleThings.
LittleThings was briefly shuttered
earlier this year before it was scooped up by RockYou Media and relaunched.

“The acquisition of Mom.me rounds out our modern parenting and motherhood platform and gives us
an even bigger canvas with wider distribution to deliver scalable programs for brands,” stated Marisa Russell, senior vice president, sales, RockYou Media.
RockYou Media
believes adding Mom.me to its portfolio will rank the media company fifth in the comScore “Family and Parenting” category within the next 60 days.
RockYou Media is
bringing on the entire Mom.me team as part of the acquisition, a spokesperson told Publishers Daily. Laura Clark, current managing editor at Mom.me, will now lead the parenting vertical at
RockYou.
Russell added, “Our mission is to inspire female, multicultural and millennial audiences. Mom.me is the perfect compliment to our growing content offering.”
Mom.me claims to have an audience of 7 million monthly visitors. It produces content on parenting news and lifestyle, as well as branded content and custom experiential event
activations.
Mom.me also has the Mom.me Influencer Network, made up of over 200 creators that produce daily posts and videos.
Whalerock is known for partnering with
celebrities and brands to create and manage their digital strategies.
