The video advertising platform SpotX has tapped Kevin Hunt to serve as senior vice president, global marketing. Hunt will be tasked with leading the company’s marketing strategy around the world.
Hunt has worked for SpotX for seven years, most recently serving as senior director of product management. Now, he will take that product expertise to the marketing side of the company.
Mike Shehan, cofounder-CEO of SpotX, says Hunt's “steadfast focus on aligning global marketing with both product and sales will definitely play a key role in our ability to help clients with all their video advertising needs.”
Hunt is based in the company’s San Francisco office, an office he helped open alongside SpotX senior vice president, platform Mike Laband in 2013.
