Oracle Bronto Upgrades Its Email Marketing Platform

Oracle Bronto today has added several features to its Bronto Marketing platform, which it says will help users improve their email marketing while complying with privacy laws.

The enhanced Bronto Marketing Platform is designed to “grow revenue, save time and optimize resources" for clients, states George Moser, GM of Oracle Bronto. 

In one change, the firm has redesigned its navigation to streamline the campaign creation process and allow firms to monitor the results. In line with this, Oracle Bronto is also providing reports that it says can be automatically exported.

Oracle Bronto has also added a time-zone sending function that allows marketers to send messages at the local time of the recipient.

Also being debuted are enhancements that support automation of customer consent and unsubscribe preferences in line with GDPR. This capability also lets brands purge customer data and access records for auditing.

According to Oracle Bronto, the update also offer these features:

  • JumpStart Program — Enables brands to launch an email marketing program in 30 days. It also helps clients integrate Bronto with ecommerce platforms such as NetSuite and Shopify 
  • Path to Success —  Assists firms in building a phased strategy and implementation methodology.
  • Self-Guided Learning — Tools that allow users to get assistance at their own pace. 

"Rapidly changing technologies, buying behavior, business landscapes and regulatory pressures are forcing organizations of all sizes to rethink their marketing strategies," Moser states.

He adds: "Amidst all of this change, email remains the most powerful, profitable and popular marketing channel.”
