Dentsu Inc. posted third-quarter results today reporting 5.4% organic revenue growth and 7% growth for its international operation Dentsu Aegis Network.

period was ¥243.5 billion ($2.1 billion), up 9.4%
Dentsu Aegis Network, the company’s international operation, posted organic growth of 7% in the third quarter and 4.6% for the first
nine months. The company said it was the fifth consecutive quarter of improving growth and the best quarterly organic figure for the division in two years.
In the Americas region, the company
posted 5.3% third-quarter growth and 5.4% for the first nine months. The performance was buoyed by higher client spending and a number of new business wins.
The positive third-quarter results
were issued on the same day that the firm disclosed that Dentsu Aegis Network
CEO Jerry Buhlmann was stepping down and would be replaced by Tim Andree.
