MightyHive Taps WPP Veteran To Help Expand Its APAC Offering

Programmatic buying agency MightyHive is appointing Jakub Otrzsek as director of analytics, APAC to be responsible for building out the ad tech platform's data program in the APAC region, as well as train clients and offer analytics consulting. 

Otrzsek previously served as lead web analyst for Datalicious, where he led the shop's Google Web Analytics team distributed across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Otrzsek, interestingly, used to work at Cognifide, a WPP marketing technology consultancy, helping brands like Shell, Ford, Penguin, and Random House.

Former WPP CEO Martin Sorrell’s new company, S4 Capital is reportedly in the bidding to acquire MightyHive along with other bidders like China’s BlueFocus, according to press reports.
