The&Partnership Adds A New York President

The&Partnership has appointed Agnes Fischer as the network's first president, New York.

She will oversee the company’s New York client and business operations and report to Andrew Bailey, North America CEO.

The agency said the new role was created partly as a result of expanded work from clients like Lexus and WSJ, as well as new business wins, including Toyota Canada and Carlsberg.

Fischer joins from Droga5 where she served as executive group director and cohead of account management, managing agency operations and running the firm’s JP Morgan Chase and NY Times accounts.

Earlier in her career, Fischer worked at Anomaly, Organic, Publicis, DDB and LBi. She has led campaigns for Google, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Hershey, Novartis and Panera.

“Agnes brings impeccable experience building high-performing agency teams, driving brilliant creative and launching standout campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands,” stated Bailey.
