Return Path Adds Features To Its Partner Program For ESPs

Return Path has added several features to its Partner Platform that it says will help email service providers.

The objective, says iKen Takahashi, senior vice president at Return Path, is to provide a “one-stop shop for our partners" that will serve to monitor  email deliverability for clients.

The new features include:

Customized alerting — This alerts ESPs when a client lands on a blacklist or hits a pristine trap.

Engagement visibility — ESPs can use this to get mailbox engagement scores. The metrics include placement rates and read rates and deleted without reading rates for an IP address, domain or brand.

Reputation Network data — This delivers trap and blacklist data so ESPs can work with their clients on deliverability issues.

Enhanced ThreatWave details — Return Path says ThreatWave data is now integrated into the Partner Platform. It provides ESPs with details on subject lines, IP addresses, and domains that are hitting parked domains.

Scott Berggren, deliverability and compliance manager for Alterian US, states that the Partner Platform “has helped us be able to quickly monitor inbox placement rates at the top ISPs across all of our clients via subscriber data.”

He adds, “With the addition of the reputation factors, list management indicators, and read rate percentage, we’re able to work with our partners and clients on not only improving deliverability but also response rates.”

Introduced last March, the Partner Program and additional features are available to ESPs, Return Path says.
