Postal Email Service Used For Fraud, ID Theft, Sources Say

Criminals are using the U.S. Postal Service’s Informed Delivery service to rack up fraudulent credit card charges, intercept packages and commit identity theft, sources charge. The service sends emails to users with photos of the day’s mail before it is delivered.
