FCB has appointed Melanie Mitchem senior vice president/director global communications and PR to help lead the network's media relations department. She previously worked at Columbia Business School but earlier was an integral member of the IPG network, leading global communications at Mediabrands and Universal McCann (UM) as well as serving as a key player in taking Mediabrands’ MAGNA brand global.
