London's Chief Digital Officer, Theo Blackwell, has received a MBE in the New Year Honours List,
The Drum reports. The award comes for providing digital services to local government. Before
joining Sadiq Khan's team a year ago, Blackwell had worked on technology and finance briefs for Camden.
