P&G Takes A Start-Up Mentality To Solving Customer Problems

P&G's Chief Brand Officer, Marc Pritchard, has revealed that the company is take a start-up approach to innovation. The Drum reveals in an interview that P&G is forming small, lean teams of three to four people who focus on a customer problem. To date, around 130 of these problem-fixing internal "start-ups" have been set up.
