Long comes to the title from her post as beauty director for Elle.

Both Becker and Long begin their new roles in February.

Last fall, Conde Nast launched an expanded in-house creative agency CNX, capable of reaching a global audience while consolidating its areas of expertise. Today, CNX announced two new key hires, executive creative director Xavier Teo and head of strategy Brandon Volpe.

The new hires come as the agency looks to bolster its advertising, brand strategy and experiential capabilities.

Teo joins CNX from Anomaly, where he lead all creative work for Budweiser’s global brand campaigns and social and digital content. He was also creative director for five Super Bowl commercials for the NBC Winter Olympics campaign in 2018. As creative director at CNX, Teo will work closely with head of creative at Conde Nast Raul Martinez.

Volpe comes to the agency from Team One. In charge of digital strategy for Lexus, Volpe lead initiatives such as the launch of the LC 500 during his tenure, overseeing the brand’s overarching digital vision and roadmap.

Both Teo and Volpe report to John Deschner, managing director of CNX, and started their positions this month.
