Affinity, provider of a relationship intelligence platform, has secured $26.5 million in Series B funding, bringing the firm’s financing total to $40.5 million.
The round was led by
Advance Venture Partners and Sway Ventures. Also participating were MassMutual Ventures, Pear Ventures and angel investors such as SuccessFactors founder Lars Dalgaard.
The firm says it will
use the funds to support its mission of building a platform to fuel targeted business communications, including email, with data.
The Affinity platform will serve large and small
enterprises, helping them to analyze data points from emails, calendars and third-party sources.
The goal is to help users automatically manage valuable relationships, the company says.
Ray Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Affinity, envisions “a world in which anyone can tap into the full power of their network to start a company, land a dream job, close a huge deal or otherwise
find great opportunities for business success.”
