BBC Chair, Sir David Clementi is to use a speech tonight to call for a reform to regulation that currently withholds the corporation for putting shows on iPlayer for more than 30 days.
The
Guardian reveals Sir David will point out it is the main complaint the public has about the corporation and yet it has to carry out a public interest investigation to extend the catch-up window.
