Dish Network and Univision Communications resolved their carriage issues with a new, long-term agreement for carriage of Univision networks and stations on DishLATINO and Dish.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Both companies agreed to settle all pending litigation against each other.

Dish Network dropped Univision’s main channel in June 2018. Other Univision networks, such as its Univision Deportes and lifestyle channels, were also dropped last year.
Univision Communications’ TV advertising revenue sank nearly 7% in the fourth quarter to $337 million. The drop is due to its dispute with Dish Network and being off the satellite pay TV service, as well as lower spending in the retail, telecommunications and automotive sectors.
Dish Network is a major pay TV service, and currently has 10 million satellite subscribers and 2.4 million from its internet-delivered Sling TV service.
Univision witnessed a big 17.7% decline in subscriber-carriage fee revenue in the fourth quarter to $219.1 million.
