Twilio SendGrid, the result of a recent $3 billion acquisition, has debuted several new services to help brands get the most out of their email programs.
The new Expert Service offerings
include consulting, data analysis and managed service packages.
The objective is to enable companies to “improve data analysis and guidance to optimize their email programs and increase
their return on investment,” states Steve Sloan, chief product and marketing officer at Twilio SendGrid.
Among the new features are these implementation services:
Email
Bootcamp — A webinar on how to use the products.
Email Implementation — Guidance from a specialist on account architecture, setup, and
use of the company’s products.
Implementation & Strategy — Everything customers need to set up or optimize their email program with expert
guidance on account setup and sending strategies.
There are also one-time services:
Analysis — A diagnostic check on the health of the brand’s email
program.
Consultation — Consultation with an expert to analyze sending performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
Optimization — Partnership with experts over 90 days to review account setup and strategy
In addition, the firm offers several ongoing services, including expert on
demand and enterprise expert partnership, consisting of support and strategic guidance.
One client, Bandsintown, has achieved ‘immediate, material improvements in its email volume, email
delivery, unique opens and clicks, states Michael Reiczyk, solutions architect at Bandsintown.
He attributes this, in part, to Twilio SendGrid’s “deep relationships with mailbox
service providers such as Gmail, Yahoo! and Microsoft.”
