Email Veteran Al DiGuido Joins North 6th Agency

Brand communications firm North 6th Agency has named Al DiGuido as president and chief revenue officer, the company announced on Tuesday.

DiGuido’s mission will be to help “transform the public relations industry through business outcomes,” states Matt Rizzetta, founder and CEO of North 6th Agency.

DiGuido, an email marketing veteran, has served as CEO of Zeta Interactive, and before that as CEO of Bigfoot Interactive.

In the latter role, he sold Bigfoot to Alliance Data's Epsilon business unit for $120 million and became the CEO of Epsilon Interactive. At Epsilon, he was responsible for acquiring DoubleClick's email unit.

Epsilon has been acquired by Publicis for $4.4 billion. 

DiGuido’s career goes back to the 1980s, when he was publisher of Computer Shopper at Ziff-Davis. He brought the publication online.
