Aileen Calderon has been appointed group creative director at Possible New York.
She will help lead creative duties for the Volkswagen account and will report to executive creative director Jason Marks.
Most recently, the 20-year industry veteran was creative director at Strawberryfrog. Earlier, she served at Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners (and its various iterations) primarily as creative lead on BMW.
Calderon has also worked at 360i, R/GA and Digitas.
