British Airways has been hit with a GBP183m fine for failing to protect customers' personal data. The
BBC reports the airline is "disappointed" at the size of the fine but the ICO insists
companies must do all they can to protect user data. In this case, it is believed criminals fooled BA customers into signing into a false site to gain their personal information.
