Security Pros Disagree Over Size Of GDPR Fines

Security professionals have mixed views over the first GDPR fines issued by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, a Tripwire study shows. While 43% of Tripwire’s Twitter followers think the fines were appropriate,42% feel they should have been higher. In contrast, 12% say they were too high.
